FUNCTIONAL TESTING

Functional testing offers valuable insights into how your body is functioning, helping to identify imbalances and deficiencies that may not be detected through standard health assessments. By analysing key indicators such as nutrient levels, hormone balance, gut health, and more, these tests offer a comprehensive understanding of your overall health. This enables the creation of highly personalised recommendations, focusing on addressing the root causes of health concerns. Functional testing can lead to more effective nutritional and lifestyle strategies, supporting optimal well-being and helping to prevent future health issues.

I offer a variety of functional tests that provide deeper insights into your body’s processes, allowing for tailored nutritional and lifestyle solutions based on your unique needs.

(*Please note that all tests incur an additional cost.)
